Located on the corner of Congress Avenue and 8th Street, The Avenue is destined to become the urban epicenter where residents, employees, businesses, and community interests come together to live within a vibrant downtown environment.  The Avenue is a car-free mixed-use development designed from the ground up for those who enjoy a walkable city, a bike ride to work, and the cultural benefits of living in the heart of downtown. The Avenue development will be providing space for the theatre’s operational offices, classrooms, and green rooms, freeing up much needed capacity at both, the Stateside and Paramount, in turn allowing for future improvements to the theatres.
